TOS (Terms of Service)Please read this thoroughly before submitting your commission request.• All prices and payments are in USD.
• Payments must be made in FULL before I start the commission. Please be sure to have all the required funds for your commission or the commission will be declined.
• If you have a deadline that needs to be met, please let me know beforehand to confirm if I can meet it. Rush orders can be requested if I see it is doable, but it will cost a fee.
• No refunds, but feel free to ask for revisions.
• Max 5 free revisions of SKETCHES until submitted (not including linework or colored process), complete reworks of the commission will cost the amount of the original work.I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself within any place or website.
- Publish artbooks/etc with using the piece.
- To display or post it where I like.With commercial use, the CLIENT is allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use
- Print the art for themselves but cannot claim the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.By commissioning me, you agree to all terms of service.
